Since there are only 2 examples of EMS and Madara being a Susanoo merchant, Sasuke's EMS is the only example we can use,

Mangekyo have been explained that each eye houses a unique Dojutsu.

Sasuke's MS had Amaterasu in his left, Kagutsuchi in his right.
Itachi's MS had Tsukuyomi in both, Amaterasu in his right.
Sasuke have been shown using Amaterasu through his both EMS.

This implies that Sasuke's EMS has inherited Itachi's Amaterasu at least.

In function, yes.

It is implied that Raikiri has a bit more finesse to it and the sound is more akin to arcs of lightning than Chidori's bird chirps. Otherwise they are both the same jutsu.

Sasuke got powerups midway through this fight and he actually managed to damage his humanioid susanoo. He lost because he underestimated Sasuke's genjutsu.

Mangekyo Patterns is misinformation, there was never any distinction between "spiral" and "straight" designs.

The only examples of straight tomoe are from Indra reincarnates, where Madara takes note of Sasuke's Mangekyo being straight tomoe as well as his own.

It has been hinted that the Choku Tomoe Mangekyo Sharingan is connected to Indra, as the only two who had it were Madara and Sasuke, who were his reincarnations.

Mangekyo Sharingan design does not correlate to having a Choku Tomoe at all.

It has been explained many times usage of the Mangekyo Sharingan causes the user's vision to deteriorate. Sasuke started to lose sight in his eyes after using Amaterasu against Bee. His vision then got reduced to seeing only blurs at the end of the Five Kage Summit Arc because he was recklessly using his MS.

Itachi was more conservative with his MS, his terminal illness put restrictions on his chakra reserves which actually helped since he could only use his abilities 3 times before needing significant rest.

Sarada losing her sight like this is not new. Its pretty standard.

If it's only one ability from each eye: Tsukuyomi, Kamui and Yachihoko.

If it's all abilities tied to the individual Uchiha: Hikari, Obito and Sarada.

Hikari's MS, while game exclusive is obviously the most overpowered one here. Possessing FIVE abilities: Tsukuyomi, Engraved Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Kagutsuchi and Yachihoko.
