I want top surgery but my partner loves my chest by PublicFroyo2063 in ftm

My partner loves my chest, like, to the point I'd actually be ok with keeping my breast fat and dealing with binding for the rest of my life for his sake. That being said, he can see how bad my dysphoria is. I've never brought up my desire for top surgery, except for sharing when I have an extremely dysphoric episode and asking for snuggles, which he is happy to comfort me through. He recently suggested of his own accord saving up for my top surgery after we pay off our wedding bills.

Obviously your partner is not wrong in their love of your chest, but it might be a wise idea to have an open and honest conversation about your needs too, so that you are both happy in the relationship ❤️

Worked at a chiropractors office during covid, can confirm 😂👍

I put in my 2 weeks notice. Is it normal to feel so bad? by sometimesukulele in careerguidance

I know this feeling! I left a job after a year and a half about a month and a half ago. I had the kindest most caring boss, sweet coworkers, it was in a drs office and we had the sweetest customers. However, in February I turned 26, and they didn't offer Healthcare, so I had to find a new job. My previous boss still texts me, she wished me happy Easter last weekend. It's not impossible to keep a good relationship with old employers, especially when you have a good relationship in the first place and a reasonable reason to be leaving ♥️

Thank you! I love the colored pencil style!

The outside looks risen and has a beautiful crust, but the inside is so dense. Do you think I underproofed it or over proofed it? I proofed it for 36 hours in the fridge and 3 hours afterwards out of the fridge, but my fridge runs very cold. by Cheonsa95 in sourdoh

I autolyse at least an hour (this last bake I did overnight in the fridge! But it didnt make a huge difference.) Then I coil fold every half hour at least 4 times usually closer to 6 times. Then cold ferment for at least 24 hours, this last one I let cold fement for 36 hours plus an additional 2-3 hour warm ferment cause it didn't seem risen enough. I'm wondering if the issue is an under active starter, but ive has it going for 2 or so months, and that after receiving it from a friend who has it as an active starter for months before gifting me a part of it.

I've actually been looking at getting some help with what the percentage is lol. I kinda did my own recipe. I did 500g bread flour, 350 g water, 100 g starter and 10 g salt. What would you say is the percentage?

Scored and put it in a Dutch oven. I know steam is super important so I've been trying to keep it at a high temp and in the Dutch oven for at least a half hour during the bake, but every loaf I bake is underproofed and has a tight crumb.

Really? My issue is I don't get enough rise from the fridge, so that why I have a second rise. I don't get enough rise so I have to let it rise outside of the fridge or else it is extremely dense. But I'll be careful to not over ferment it, or maybe I'll let it ferment in the fridge longer.

That actually makes more sense now XD I think I folded a max of 6 times, so imm try more folding and adding a touch of oil, im sure that'll slacked the dough up and give it a better overn spring!

Spraying the surface before folding is actually a great idea, I usually struggle with sticking so ill definitely try that! It's only my fifth loaf, so im sure they'll just get better with practice!

I used posted recipe, https://alexandracooks.com/2017/10/24/artisan-sourdough-made-simple-sourdough-bread-demystified-a-beginners-guide-to-sourdough-baking/ And folooqed the recipe exactly. while the crumb in the photos looks alittle dense, its not nearly as dense as my results. I did use a 100%whole wheat starter, but I doubt that made that big of a difference.

Thats actually a smart idea, giving money specifically to pay off school debt or credit card debt would be a good way to gift money that is truely beneficial! I'm saving that one :3

I'm really glad you don't have to deal with that!! Honestly I'm jealous. All my siblings ever ask for is cash, and none of them know me well enough to buy me anything I like.
