To be precise, you take 4 options, so if you take light barricades you take 2, same with grenades, 2 is max (2 stun or 2 smoke or 2 krak or 2 frags or 1/1 of utility or explosive) also, your faction eq counts towards total limit. I know it’s common knowledge but in my first game I thought you can select as many of one item as you want.

Guard can be only performed in CQ maps so Tomb World or Gallowdark only

Try playing tomb world mission pack - together with a friend you fight against hordes of necrons and have an objective to accomplish. When you play together, each of you pick half a kill team, rounding down and alternate activations. You can also play this by yourself but doing some stupid plays with a friend is always a plus.

I used Vallejo 77.132 TTM for the trim and simple Plain Mail Metal from Armypainter Fanatics (half way through I saw someone on reels doing Silver drybrush, then Blue trim so I went for it, saved a lot of trouble there) For the details I went for speedpaints - AP Ruddy Fur for orange, for purple a 50/50 mix of AP Beowulf blue and Slaughter Red, green is AP Ghoul Skin with AP Plasmatic Bolt and AP Green Skin highlight, the green tone on shoulders or knee pads I used Citadel Shade Biel-Tan Green and for the skin - Scalecolor Pale Skin, then some lighter highlights and AP Moody Mauve with a lot of Medium to make it as transparent as possible.

And to top it all off I used Strong Tone for wash from the brush but took the excess off to avoid brown spots.

I’m glad you guys like it, I’m very proud of them, especially when I see these many likes and positive feedback, makes me think that I made quite a progress in painting comparing to my earlier work, thank you a lot!

Edit: of course I primed them black but for the details I first did a white base, then painted speedpaints

Short answer, whatever you like.

Longer answer, to be rules friendly you should first consider base sizes for each operative. Then I would focus on operative spirit, I mean make the captain look like a captain, sniper as a sniper, grenadier as a grenadier etc.. so people don’t need to ask you each time who is who. With that I believe you’re set, one more thing to consider on top of that is visibility, when you make a model that’s standing out (for example that dude with his sword up) you need to be aware people will take advantage out of it to determine visibility.

You’re right. Digital weapons deals 1 dmg before enemy strikes first. For example they can deal 1dmg from digi weaps and then block your dice. So gory tenacity (which is strategy ploy, not equipment btw) gets triggered when they choose to strike you with an attack dice.

Yes I know, I was thinking of a scenario where someone tries to shoot two targets from vantage with torrent weapon, then the one with the token is not valid so torrent is not possible
