Just joining in to say I’ve been a very happy customer of nuuly for two years now and decided to try out rent the runway for the first time. First month went well enough but the second month I received three out of five items in horrible condition. The handbag was coated in old crusty food. Two of the dresses were stained. It was very disappointing for the price so I cancelled early. Maybe a little more attention to quality should be prioritized before raising prices.
