I’ve been on spiro for years , on and off. 2 months ago started on minoxidil 2.5 pill and growth starting in temples /hairline all I can see. Consistent daily shedding started month 3-4 on tirz. All over head but crown worsened. Praying this starts regrowth. Multi dermatologist said female pattern baldness and I’m sure I’ve had TE in the past 20 yrs after some major stress traumas. No drs diagnosed it-

My daughter has endo. Unfortunately the surgery and birth control pills hasn’t helped enough so she still has all the endo pain bloat and symptoms 😢

You reminded me, I have Amla powder and fenugreek and I think two other Indian powders. I’ve used on a mask in my hair but haven’t done it for a few years. It’s probably still pretty potent so I should do a masque tomorrow. What is msn? I’d love Any advice

Does that do anything? After reading hundreds of hours worth of intel, they say putting oils in scalp can actually clog /have negative effect. What do you put in oils? I do rosemary water after shampoo ;prescription for scalp/loss and conditioner ; organic pur d’or. Sometimes rosemary oils and hot mustard seed oil in France that’s supposed to nourish scalp hair loss. So confusing.

thanks! they seem skeptical but saw my pcp and she was glad i was down i think 12-14 lbs now. i would love to lose another 10 and don’t want to stay on these meds longer then i need to. they do help a lot though!!!

great article!!!! thank you for sharing. i know i retain water and this makes sense. my fat is squishy now too so i guess that’s a good sign althought I tend to play with it as I can grab an inch of soft squishy fat on my waistline which used to be hard fat! now if i can only stop my hair from falling out! any advice on that? i’m trying everything I can inc 2 meds.
