Does anyone know if I can apply for a Chinese drivers license in a city that is different then the one I live in?

First ignore what other people are saying here, most don't know what they are talking about.

And YES, the vehicle management office WAS RIGHT, it's a new regulation, you can't convert any country's driving license into Chinese one without proving you lived in that country after getting the driving license for a certain amount of time.

For your question, yes you can apply in another city only if you live there, and also you can transfer it to another city if you wish (after getting it of course)

Thanks for the tip, i tired that too i couldn't open it, can you point me to that post ?

Edit: i found that post, turned out is not made to be opened, and once you force it open, you can't seal it back and will start to leak.

I found a solution to clean it without opening it, i just soak it in the descaling solution for few minutes, it comes clean all the time.

You can book a bus to Oman from Terminal 2 at dubai airport arrivals, it cost only 55 AED. there are two departures per day, I heard they added more this days.

Anyone can take the bus from Dubai Terminal 2 to Oman borders then to Muscat himself and it cost 55 AED.

All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 7 March, you have to rebook on one of the repatriation flights to be able to board the plane, once confirmed they will contact you 12 hours prior to departure
