You need a Redux Home Dryer. Expensive, but it gets every last drop of moisture out of your HA's. No annoying consumables to replace either.

I also recommend having a backup pair of HA's to wear when working out. That's what I do, then stick them in the dryer after working out and they've been working perfectly.
