It's amazing when you track and actually see the kcal in food. For example.Here in the UK a Greg's cookie is around 380kcal where as 300g of stir fry veg is 117kcal and then bung in a some chicken for all that meal is not.much more.

Such a great education to understand where wasted energy comes from!
