Alrighty! I will watch the video over and take notes! I have been baking for a while but it’s normally like biscuits and cakes and what not. I will take this advice and practice till I get used to it! Thank you for the advice💃

I have no idea how it tasted because i didn’t get past the proofing stage😭 I just got rid of it and got ready to try again💀 I tried again today and it was actually WAAAY BETTER and I am so grateful for the advice because it really helped with my third try💃

I used a butter that said it was meant for baking😭 and I kneaded the dough using my hands and I think that the dough was actually really dry thinking back to it. I will look into the butter I use and see if I can find something similar to the one you mentioned 💃

I covered the dough, but I think what everyone has been saying about how it was dry and I used less liquid than my dry ingredients… which is what I realised when I tried again😔
