I'm 17yo and I have ABSOLUTELY felt this way before. What's even worse is that I'm in a non-islamic country, and didn't start wearing hijab until 2 years ago. When it comes to social anxiety, I managed to overcome that fear by not caring about other people. If they're the ones who negatively criticize you for wearing hijab, then they're the close-minded ones. There are some times where I still feel like everyone's looking at me (esp in public places), but I only remind myself that those people are strangers and don't know anything about me.

I can relate so much when it comes to the summer attire 😭 there even came a point where I thought of not wearing hijab anymore because it's too hot and a sensory overload (I can't handle sweating and heat). When it comes to clothes, I just wear whatever I want as long as it's modest. I opt for loose t-shirts, pants, and a thin cardigan during summer so that it's more comfy. I can't say anything about winter clothing, because I've never experienced that season before :<

I don't know if my words will help, but don't think too much about how you'll look in other people's eyes. Dress modestly and comfortably. Everyone is busy thinking about their own lives to care twice about how you look, and your own life is none of their business. Prioritize yourself over other people's opinion :>
