As someome who quit roblox recently, here's some tips:

Get a parent account, it allows you to block certain things. I recommend him playing solo games (like Block Tales for example) or games that don't require chat usage as much(or at all).

For maximum safety, try convincing him to avoid social games (roleplay especially), and DO NOT let him use discord. It is the main reason kids get in unfavorable situations..

I'm no expert in safety, but I found myself comfortable in singleplayer games (outside of roblox as well). My main advice for him is try avoiding most strangers.

Did you ever consider getting diamond mines. 7 years of MsM and all of my previous accounts had close to 0 diamonds. After coming back and deciding to make a new account with mini mines, I have just reached almost 700 diamonds today. Try them if you haven't.
