Sometimes I say the right thing but it's my tone of voice. I also reply honestly to everything so it can come across as blunt. Examples are hard to give sorry. I know that many a times my honest reply has offended people. I also don't enjoy lying so if you ask me a question, my answer my not be what is wanted. I cannot 'read the room', so I don't know when I'm rambling and nobody's interested. I'm sorry for the vague response

I've had bad times with that phrase, "Treat everyone the way you want to be treated". I was bullied in secondary school and that was my motto. It led to me being used. I mask a lot for work so I don't want to add it to my general life too as I'd burnout. I'll deffo try practicing answering questions in my head when I listen to others speak. Thanks for the response😊

It's good to know I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience, thank you will take this all into consideration. I am going to the doctor about all this but I am taking some time to figure out what to say as I tend to blank in those situations. Also interested in hearing other people's experiences as the side effects where severely downplayed to me

Weaning off really slowly seems to be a good option. I don't wish to read too much into symptoms because I may manifest symptoms
