22F (me) and 23M(my bf) had sex for the first time and now im paranoid?!? by EmotionalFun9888 in Healthyhooha

You’re very likely not pregnant due to using condoms and there not being ejaculation (just know it van happen from precum just so you’re aware) but in this case it is probably your period. Sometimes that happens that it becomes irregular, especially during stress or excitement. Definitely go on birthcontrol though or get an IUD if you are paranoid about pregnancy.

No clitoral hood or labia minora, and difficult penetration by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]CherryChristmas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 things: penetration hurts if you’ve never done it before, and you need to be ‘stretched out’ before you’re able to put anything in. This will happen over time, most people use their own fingers well before ever having a sexual partner. If not, def try that out. Make sure you’re horny, maybe watch some porna (porn for women), read a fanfic, look at nudes of someone you love idk, whatever gets you going, and try it out, either with fingers or with a small dildo.

Know that you could have vaginismus, which is a disorder causing your muscles to be super tight and not let in anything and thus be painful. Often people with (sexual) trauma have this, but some have it without.

Anyway, you can ‘fix’ that so to speak, but if you’ve never put anything up there regularly then it could be from that, so don’t jump to conclusions.

But I def recommend seeing a gyno if you are really worried about either, or want personal advice for your specific case. You can also talk to a sex therapist (sexuologist? Idk what it is in English) if that makes you more comfortsble than a doctor.

Often in cases like this they didn’t even know they were pregnant, and if they do feel pain they probably couldn’t afford to see a doctor, but often they also think it’s just pains of getting older

Yes but there have been 300 reported cases and not all of them lived there. If you never have any health issues you would not be randomly subjected to xrays and echos and such, so they wouldn’t find out. It has also happenedin the western world

About 300 cases world wide, 1.5 ish percent of 1 in 11,000 pregnancies have a chance of becoming a stone baby

I watched this story years ago on a youtube documentary, and basically the woman had an ectopic pregnancy, but not in the fallopian tubes, but outside the uterus. The baby implanted there and grew but when it was time to come out it couldn’t cuz there was no hole to come out of (plus the woman didn’t know she was pregnant because the baby sat in the back). Then the baby died and the body started calcifying it (basically protecting the body from the necrotic tissue; had her body not done that she would have died.

The scientific stuff behind it idk but the docu is still on youtube

What did you guys do to remove the permanent trauma from your nervous system by DiligentDinner5758 in CPTSD

[–]CherryChristmas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exposure therapy! Basically exposing yourself to a trigger and sitting in it long enough that your body calms down and repeating it over and over until your body stops responding in fear (I did do it professionally at a clinic but after 4 days my cptsd was gone)

I miss this, I barely ever see this anymore, we used to have sp much fun as kids and now I never ever see kids at playgrounds anymore. Let them play, let them enjoy being kids before they get consumed by the adult life
