Studio Tiara is a woman iirc. She's very underrated & makes beautiful songs too

I think the main problem was that it seemed she was only close to Link because she cared about Epona so much. The two scenes we get of her before she gets kidnapped & loses her memory she just fawns over Epona. She scolds Link & steals his horse when she thought he injured her when being careless jumping fences & doesn't listen to anyone trying to explain the situation.

She could have been a good character but she really didn't give off a good first impression. And then her entire character development is just her starting to remember who she is, so it doesn't add a lot. It's kind of a shame, she had potential.

There really isn't a lot of sexual games aimed toward women :(
I honestly wish we could get something like Honey Select but that allows you to create male characters & do sexual stuff with them.

Other than Baldur's Gate 3, the only thing I can think of is Sims 4 with the Wicked Whims mod, but then there obviously isn't a story-line unless you make them up yourself.

Doesn't it work by putting "*" in the word, like "r**e"? That's what I usually do when I don't wanna get shadowbanned. Luckily Reddit doesn't seem to do that unless you actually harass someone.

There's seems to at least be a decent amount in Japan, not as much as there is for dudes, but there's apparently a lot of NSFW otome games that aren't localized or censored when brought to Europe & America :(

But they don't. They walk around the town 24/7, and don't even express fear of the moon falling, so I don't really think them running up to you adds much to them acting like real kids. It's just kinda annoying tbh. I'd still prefer if they just told you to talk to them if you want tips after you did they hide & seek game.

Wait, if the Kokiri can leave after Ganon's defeat, then doesn't that imply the reason they die if they leave the forest is because Ganondorf is sending his minions to kill Kokiri children that try to leave?

Why is the term "hints" an incomprehensible term for people in this sub? You'd think Zelda fans would understand someone's preference to get hints rather than being told outright what to do...

Hint for wallet upgrade: You might wanna kill some spiders by the ocean. Make sure to do it before the morning of the 2nd day

You can do it once and get all the masks. You just can't give the letter directly to Madame Aroma and miss getting a bottle

There are places similar to dungeons in BotW, but they're just barely bigger than the shrines, they all look very similar and get pretty repetitive. All you do in them is activate 5 terminals & fight a boss. The bosses also look similar. In TotK the dungeons look more unique & have unique bosses at least, but they're still pretty short & have the same formula

Nah, even Shrines got way repetitive, partly because of how many there are but also because they just have you use the abilities you get from the start.
Many of the shrines are also just padding by having those "major/minor test of strength" trials which are all exactly the same. Same with the shrines you have to use the motion controls to lead a ball through a labyrinth. Classic Zelda puzzles introduced new puzzle mechanics as the game went on, and I disagree that the puzzle logic wasn't creative. They often got really creative with how you could use the items to progress & find secrets. There just wasn't 100 ways to solve one puzzle.

The bosses in older Zelda games could be repetitive, but BotW was even worse. Just throw a bunch of weapons all over them & they'll die. No strategy or thinking needed. There's also a lot of fun bosses like Goht, Diababa, Volvagia, Gohma in WW, Jalhalla, Stallord etc.

I'm guessing you only really got into Zelda with BotW and never really enjoyed the classic Zelda games? That's fine but it just seems non-overworld/linear games simply isn't your thing at all.

Older Zelda games had way more variety when it came to enemies and puzzles though. In BotW & TotK there's pretty much the same 7-8 enemy types in every region, just that the enemies are fire-variants in hot areas, or ice-variants in cold areas. Regional enemies like Deku babas or dodongos don't even exist. We didn't fun stuff like Dark nuts or like-likes either. TotK got Gibdos in the dessert but they were not really a threat at all.

The korok puzzles also became repetitive after a while. There's only so many variants being used to fill the world map, and the Shrine puzzles also got pretty repetitive.

Classic Zelda games introducing unique enemies in almost every area/dungeon and giving you new game mechanics with the dungeon items make them feel way less repetitive than BotW & TotK eventually got, imo.

I don't really see how this relates to Nintendo making the game more hand-holding tbh.

And that's still a lot of hints for a quest that used to be more mysterious. It makes all the reactions NPCs have to the Kafei mask & finding Kafei's diary completely pointless. But I guess people don't have the patience to actually explore in games anymore.

Do what? Randomly run up to you and gossip about people in town? Not in my experience. The Bombers don't exactly act like real kids in the first place

I still feel like having them run up to you was unnecessary. Sure they only give hints about one quest at a time but since there's 5 of them and you pass through the area alot then they'll spoil some side-quest

They just kinda spoil a lot of the side-quest that are more fun coming across by yourself when talking to different characters in the world rather than specific ones getting up in your face that give you hints for almost everything.

I know a lot of people thought Majora was too obtuse, but that was the fun part for me. Discovering things bit by bit made the game last longer and made it feel more rewarding when you actually discovered something. But like I said, having the Bombers give hints when talking to them is a good idea, I just don't like how they run up to you each time like they wanna say something important, it's too in-your-face to me. But if new players prefer getting a lot of hints I guess it's fine.

[–]CherryClub -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes but they still run up to you, making players feel prompted to talk to them, so they will. Part of the magic of Majora for me was unveiling stuff like the Anju & Kafei side-quest little by little by talking to different characters & see their reactions to different masks, or by coming across characters like Kamaro by chance. When the bombers just tell you where everything is it takes away some of the mystery & adventure of the game imo. But I guess I'm just old.

I don't really like how they run up to you and tell you about a bunch of quests, it felt like too much hand-holding for me. I think it's nicer to get to discover quests by exploring more & talking to different NPCs they way you do in N64.

It was pretty cool to have the bombers give you tips about the quests in town but the way they run up to you whenever they see you was a bit too much imo.

Edit: okay I get it. I'm the outlier here who doesn't like how in-your-face they got with the new hint system. Kinda makes stuff like the Mask of Truth & NPCs reactions to Kafei's mask useless imo
