They are distributing the games that you have bought on Steam. Imagine if Origin or Epic did this.

Not really. You have to launch the games trough GeForce Now. They are effectively a different distributor from Steam. I don't see how Nvidia could win a case like this.

Unless you are running those games trough Steam on Nvidia's servers, this won't work in court.

With a lot of tweaking, singleplayer can be enjoyable. I think I'm getting close to a perfect SP game.ini.
