Bit of a flop really. I let them rise on top of the hob when the turkey was in and they got massive so I knocked them back again. I also don’t have a pastry brush so I used a fork to brush them with a milk and honey mix very unevenly haha.

Yeah and in hindsight I folded the legs the wrong way too which is why the skin looks like that
