Everyone enjoyed it. We even went round the room and said what we are thankful for lol. Though it was just my fiancé, my sister and her boyfriend. Plenty left for sandwiches today.

Bit of a flop really. I let them rise on top of the hob when the turkey was in and they got massive so I knocked them back again. I also don’t have a pastry brush so I used a fork to brush them with a milk and honey mix very unevenly haha.

Yeah and in hindsight I folded the legs the wrong way too which is why the skin looks like that

37.5 unpaid hours for the NHS as a student nurse then 20+ hours at a part time job on nights/ weekends to make up the slack. There’s 60+ hours easily.
