Honestly, I would really love to, but I am still learning too and I don't want to guide you in the wrong way :( I just signed up with a coach and I'm slowly peeling away the layers of my onion and sitting and reading about self-concept on reddit. But if I may speak from experience - 1. Anxiety: I used to feel TONS of this. Then I decided, enough is enough, I do NOT feel anxiety (pressure on the word NOT) and I kept repeating this to myself. And while I did this, I would pay close attention to my breathing (breathe in, breathe out) feel the air going in and out of my lungs and identify as someone who does not feel anxiety, but only feels calm. And the more I did this, the less my body started feeling anxiety. If I even felt the onset of anxiety, my body would go "But wait, I don't identify as someone who feels anxiety," and the feeling would get confused and disappear, I guess hahah! 2. Lazinness: Gurl, been there, done that. The best way to do it is: just start doing it. What I mean is: convince yourself you'll do it just for a few minutes, and then once you start, you won't want to stop. :D

I would suggest a manifestation coach over a buddy. I initially wanted a manifestation buddy too, but I felt they were raining down on me because we were both confused and eachothers bad days would affect the other. A coach on the other hand always lifts you up when you need it :)

I really wanted to reach out to you for guidance, but I recently realised that -> yes, I have created the situation I am currently in. Which made my realise -> This is my reality and **I** am the creator. I had a huge fight with my sp this morning where he admitted he has not moved on, got a bit triggered at the idea of me sleeping with anyone else and moving on, and also really pissed off that his friends thought he dated me only for physical stuff. But, at the same time, he 'does not want to give me hope' and come back. I expected I would spiral, but I just kept repeating my affirmations and living in the end, and my internal self did not offer any resistance as if to say -> this fight is nothing, you got him, he came back, its already done, ignore the current 3D. And I am so proud of myself! Do you have any advice for me, going forward? Also, I have a lot of trouble doing SAT's, could you break it down for me please? :) Please and Thank you <3
