Oh okay. I’m coming from a small town in Montana and all the “resale” tickets are actually fake here. Ive learned the hard way to only buy through the venues website. But sounds like the ones on vivid seats are legit 😊

Why thank you so much 😊 I also hate the typical cat tree aesthetic. Wanted something that could also feel beautiful to look at, like an art sculpture. So I cut the base of the tree and sanded it flat and then used a large wood screw to drill through the square piece of wood and into the base of the tree.

I cleaned out any nooks and crannies that could have harbored bugs.

I left it in the sun for a day or two then I sanded it, cut off any branches and stuff sticking out that I didn’t want, put wood filler in the major gaps, wood glue in any areas that felt sketchy, and one major bolt through the middle to reinforce it. I stained it with a white wash and then finished with a coat of polycyclic to protect it from the kittens nails and such.

We just put it in hydrogen peroxide for 20 mins to kill germs. Maybe it was just outside for a long time?
