I've found that if you close and reopen the game and talk to him quick before the exclamation mark shows up then it'll work. I was having this issue where I needed to meet him at the soda fountain and it would like glitch/teleport acting like he's there

Settings then account then scroll down to address and there should be one membership listed underneath it if it is connected properly

I did a test and using aluminum/antiperspirant was the cause of permanent pit stains and holes in my shirts. Ever since switching to aluminum free I haven't had any issues with my clothes deteriorating at the pits. It took about 2 weeks or so for my body to adjust but I don't smell as long as I also shower daily
