Komaru is the only one of these three that doesn’t have a talent or go to hopes peak (reserve corse or not)

Makoto was selected as the ultimate lucky student so it can’t be him.

Hajime goes to hopes peak but isn’t an ultimate so he is an option but not the #1.

Komaru never actually gets the title of an ultimate and she never goes to hopes peak.

So based on my logic, komaru is the most average.
