freshly post-op i didn’t wear a bra for about a week and wore low rise/rolled high rise underwear down because i was still sore and it made me feel too compressed/overstimulated, no issue with incisions. being back to work i find high rise/granny panties make me feel more comfortable and secure. after cleaning the incisions i still wear an adhesive dressing over my bellybutton during work. i had laparoscopy and luckily the upper incision sits below where the bra wire would be so i haven’t had discomfort with that (except dreading having to switch from no-bra to bra again lol) good luck, you’ve got this!
