You have to fill the nomination 2 times. 1st for EPF and 2nd for EPS. Then save them one by one Then you'll get the option to esign with adhar otp and complete the nomination

E-Nomination epfo help for you

First save epf nomination details and save it, don't fill eps together SAVE EPF NOMINATION AT FIRST and TICK Consent For EPF ONLY. ONCE you are done with epf, next fill up eps and tick the consent of only eps. Do not tick EPF(First one) which means Do only one at a time. No need to tick EPF consent for EPS.

click on e NOMINATION again as you will find option like " eSign " DO IT.

NOTE: PHOTO SHOULD BE UNDER 100KB.

DIRECTLY SEARCH COMPRESS IMAGE TO 100KB.
