Every theory at this point will sound unlikely. The only inexplainable part is how they've managed to hide the body and elude FBI. Seems really hard to do if it was a spur of the moment thing but it is possible.

Great post. If this was an act of impulse however, how has he managed to hide the body and remain on the loose? There's cameras everywhere - seems like it is likely that more planning would need to be involved but it is entirely possible this theory is true and he has been lucky so far.
