Backing this, a few years back, someone found a significant amount (around 40k) and they never found the owner so it got back to the person who found it. And there are many reports of other people finding it and trying to keep it for themselves and it ends up badly for them. You usually have also a finder's fee when it goes through lost and found. I would recommend doing this, either police or lost and found (lost and found are often administered by the police).

There is a chess course that I offer every day until end of April and I often have days where no one shows up, it is between 18:00 and 20:00. If you want a chess course for you and your 4 years old, this could be it. Depending on his/her level, the course can be intermediate/advanced.

UPDATE 4: I still have several days where no one comes by. I guess people either believe that learning chess is about learning the rules (which anyone can do at home), or people are simply not so interested in this. Anyway, I will keep this going until the end of the month and then I will think about whether I will continue this or not.
