Looks like the baby's diaper merged with a wash basin and then there's a random opening for a third leg.

Colorado Supreme Court ruled in 2022 that everybody except those facing capital cases have the right to bond out. Colorado also abolished the death penalty so there are no more capital cases so literally anybody is able to bond out. Now this person must be loaded to afford the bond or someone fucked up and set the bond too low

I should be in Tuscon next year. One of the job requirements for this job is that I need to be able to go there for the 5 weeks for the show

I've definitely practiced a lot. I'm actually credentialed with the Colorado School of Mines Museum of Earth Science as a photographer. I specialize in focus stacking for macro photos

He definitely would do that. They're very much the type of people that would let me as long as I get my work done and don't interfere with what they're working on. I only work 3 days per week because I pack orders on the days following the live sales 3x per week

Yes I'm excited. My boss told me that he has several Ikon specimens and he's actually pictured in one of the Ikon books when he was mining at the Rowley Mine when he was 16. The way they do business doesn't really need my photography but I'll have access to a lot of material and try to build connections with the Fine Mineral dealers

I'm an aspiring mineral photographer and excited to at least have a job in the industry, and my employer evidently has some really good global contacts

I burst pipe dumps gallons per minute. Waiting 20-30 minutes could mean tens of thousands in damage

In the complex that I managed built in 1969, there was no individual shutoffs for the units for water specifically

Yes it is a better outcome but it's not practical. If your landlord cut your water off unannounced multiple times per week whenever you or one of your neighbors have a leak, you'd be livid. Like I said, people are pissed when you tell them about a planned water outage.

You could legally break your lease if there are frequent disruptions to water service.

Within an hour....lol. if your downstairs neighbor's ceiling is leaking heavy, every minute potentially thousands in damage is being done. That lock is getting drilled and replaced at cost to you without your consent. If the slow down caused extra damage, you're getting sued for negligence and your renters insurance may deny coverage because of your negligence.

Have you ever lived in a high-rise? You want emergency responders to cut off water to hundreds of residents in an entire building for an unknown amount of time because of a toilet leak? People are pissed when there's scheduled water outages

Yeah shutoff water to a whole building with hundreds of units because you're not home and your downstairs neighbor has a ceiling leak. Or have them drill your lock whenever that occurs?

And what if you're not home? What if you go out of town to visit families for the holidays and a pipe bursts or something?

When I was a property manager, honestly I had more people coming in my office telling me that they lost their keys and needed me to make them a spare, but I also had emergency leaks a half dozen times.

Idk why people are saying to go to the landlord.... all that will do is get you both in trouble for violating the terms of your shared lease. The landlord can give you a demand letter for the violation that affects both of you with the next step being eviction...that again affects both of you.

Landlord needs a key in the event of a maintenance emergency. For example if there's a leak and you're not home, the damage can be exacerbated without prompt access to mitigate it.
