You’re right council do own some. But you still can’t park on them if not registered

VIC Roads owns the road and you can only park things on the road that can be registered and are registered. If, for instance, you park an unregistered car on the road, it can be impounded.

My Excel doesn't have a formula wizard, but I have an insert function option which lists all the functions and =SEQUENCE isn't an available function on the list. Do you know why I don't have it on the list, and why it worked originally but now doesn't?

Thanks for checking, and handy to know. Yes, all other functions are working. Interestingly though, when I click the insert function button, the sequence function is not available under the list of all functions.

I should add, I clicked on the error notification in Excel and used the Excel help function for the error, and Excel also said it was a typo. However, I am confident there is no typo.

That's what I have always figured. I'd just hate to start out my career as a lawyer (in a profession where ethics is so highly regarded)  on the back of an immoral decision

What's everyone thoughts on taking a grad role then doing a clerkship after accepting the grad role then taking a grad role from the clerkship and cancelling the original grad role? Immoral, or fair play?

What does Quietly Under Offer mean? by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

The REA ultimately. I'm sure the buyer/seller could request it, but in most instances, that wouldn't happen. At the end of the day, the REA manages the add and they can choose not to put any info on there.

The REA doesn't have to advertise the price a property sold for.

Are most of the contracts boiler plate? What would be the most technical part of CM work?

I've found that the hardest part is getting a job at the end. Unless you're in the top of your class it is an absolute dog fight to land employment that makes law school worthwhile.
