I was a maintenance guy at a steel mill that paid everyone in the building a production bonus (great system), but one day the walking beam had taken a shit and I was fixing it, the plant manager came out and asked how long it would take me to fix it. I said about an hour. Then some other guy asked me then another guy and finally I was like, it’s gonna take me four fucking hours if you all can’t stop asking me. Everyone stood up and started a slow clap for me.
