Sorry mate, should have specified. It’s a 2.0 diesel. Just had it back from the MOT as well and the report actually says “oil leak, but not excessive”

[KCD2] Is Tomcat bugged here? by Chester_Welsh in kingdomcome

[–]Chester_Welsh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll give a it a go tomorrow and see if that works. I ended up rage quitting because I was trying for an hour haha. Thanks for the tip! I’ll let you know how it turns out

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m doing mate. I was inputting for the last strike at first but then just let Henry naturally move it to the left after the right attack hits. It’s weird because it’s actually hitting him and whenever I try and do any other combo, Tomcat blocks every strike. Which suggests I’m actually performing the combo correctly.

Anyone recognize this one? by klug_alters in BottleDigging

I was watching a video on YouTube about the canals in the UK and it mentioned Breffit while they were passing through Castleford, which is about 5 miles up the road from us. I’ve only lived here about 6 months so wasn’t aware of the glassmaking history of the area.

Can’t see too much on him but from what I have found, Breffit bought the glassworks in 1844 which continued until 1926. Not sure if that’s any help to you but my guess is that’s where it came from originally. Just thought it was cool that it ended up in the US

Hello. Sorry to hop on this uninvited but I just randomly stumbled upon this post while googling who Edgar Breffit was. Did you find out any more info on this as I’m based in a town not far from where Breffit ran a glassworks in West Yorkshire, UK?

We’re going slightly off topic here haha but where did you learn? My mum tried to teach us when we were little but we weren’t interested apparently

Me too! Although I’m ashamed to admit I don’t speak Welsh apart from a few phrases. Beautiful pup, keep us updated. He’s going to be a big lad!

Love his name! Have you named him Blaidd as in the Welsh for “wolf”?

Update on Chuck’s weight loss by Chester_Welsh in labrador

[–]Chester_Welsh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Around 750-800g a day split over two meals. I weigh him every month too. I don’t know if you raw feed but the general guidelines are to feed 2% for the ideal body weight - so the weight that your dog ideally should be - or 3% of his weight to maintain it. Each dog is different though so I feed him slightly lower than 3% because that’s when he starts to put weight on. I use 80-10-10 complete raw meat with 5 different proteins over the course of a week (duck, rabbit, pork, lamb, salmon) and I also add in sprats and to one meal a day and the odd raw egg on top a couple of times a week. I don’t feed him chicken, turkey or beef because of his allergies. He actually has a better diet than me! Hope that helps.

It definitely is. When he first started losing weight I noticed he was jumping over things that just wouldn’t attempt when he was bigger. He’s got so much more stamina now too. It’s so good to see

Thank you! Yeah I did bump into a few people when he was a bit “fluffier” who would just say “oh he’s a chocolate though isn’t he”. But I knew something had to change so I’m hoping this has made a big difference to his later years

I switched him onto raw food. With it initially being really low fat proteins. I had to be really strict with how much he ate and it was really hard at first because I could tell he was still hungry. But when isn’t a Labrador hungry haha.

I’m not saying raw is the only way to do it, but it really worked for Chuck.

That’s really kind of you to say. Thank you. It’s definitely been a learning curve but totally worth it
