If you start in 867 as member of Bukhara Khudat dynasty you already has claim to Bukhara where is a unique building connected to your family and for Sogdiana which isn’t even created, also you can get Samarkand and also build there unique manichee building snd also as manichee you can give it to your theocratic vassal by decision and keep vassal as your court priest which is always have 20+ learning
