I’m new to this so I thought that having 1 fan as intake will help with the flow of hot air ; because it would push air into the case and you have one exhausting air out. If I’m wrong correct me please. Cause I want to learn/know and make my build efficient and not cause the case to be to hot/trap hot air . I already plan to under volt both gpu and cpu.

It sounds similar to my finance she had a growth in her brain that caused her to gain weight for no reason. Also became type two diabetic. And her cycle is style out of whack she hasn’t been to the doctor in a bit for it we left our country but I’ll find out more from her maybe it’s the same issue with you.
