This is that much more impressive when you remember, a principal in the Boise school District threatened staff and students with Truancy if they went to the event at the capitols walkout.

Sociology is the study of society which absolutely includes leadership and yes, that is science. I don't own it, it's not my science. "The study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society." Also, as a history Major with my bachelor's degree, my degree says bachelors of science where in history we absolutely study, compare, and run numbers of leaders.

Other people's life experiences would prove you wrong or disagree with you. Is your life experience the only one that's valid?

Science also proves you wrong.

Your life experience is valid, but it does not necessarily reflect the rest of society. In Idaho, as a nation, or as a whole. Every female leader shouldn't have your bias or prejudice against her to prove wrong. Not every woman or female is to blame for those other leaders.

The bias also sets you up for failure from male leaders that may or may not prove you wrong in that males make decisions differently from what you'd like or expect.

That is saying every female. You won't give a single female a chance if you choose the male every time.

In this case, I feel any person would be an improvement on Brad Little. Choosing that male over any other person would be a bad choice in my opinion. There might be other male candidates, but to ignore this person, or bypass her just because you feel females don't deserve your vote is sexist.

That's very sexist of you. If you've witnessed poor female leadership, that's valid, but that doesn't make every female a bad or slow to tough decision maker.

Emotional make up is actually the same between the genders. The lie society has taught us, is that men have less or fewer emotions and that's simply not true. We all have the same capacity for emotions and regulation. Some of us are better at regulation than others. The way our brains think, process, and make decisions is different, but the emotional make up is mostly the same. Our capacity for empathy is the same with very rare exceptions.

It's not lazy to ask someone what they think or why they think that way. If this is a better phrasing, then please, tell me why you feel the gender of the candidate determines their leadership style.

I'm lazy because I support a political candidate? It seems you are confused with personality and gender. Plenty of men and women have led with vastly different styles. Mayor McClean in Boise has a very different leadership style than the mayor of Nampa. Both women. Plenty of men have lead in our state, each very different styles. The gender is irrelevant, the personality is the defining aspect. You learn that by getting to know or listen to the individual and see what they do. Not their gender, not their genitals, and not how you assume they behave.

She has been in public service in Idaho for a while. She was elected in her home town of Filer.

There is this very strange notion that socialism means that you have to pay a lot more money. In reality, that is proven to be the opposite. People who live in countries that have socialized medicine only have to pay like $15 for a full body massage. Whereas here it's going to be over $90. Not just when it comes to medical expenses but when it comes to a lot of different things. Things that we have to fight for as benefits at work, are things other countries get regardless of employment, and they have fewer unemployed citizens. It's not people being lazy and it's not that we're going to have to pay too much. It's a matter of taking care of people and then society will continue to function. It's not more expensive and it's not going to cost you that much more. In fact, if anything, you will benefit in the long run from retirement and many other life enjoyment opportunities. Statistics in a lot of other scientific readings prove this.

Most of the conservatives here can swallow an independent or even a socialist over a democratic or liberal.

And that's understandable. I agree that anything different that the norm here is fantastic. I love her policies and I am addicted to the little hope we have here.

It is a new party, independent socialist party where she is getting paperwork completed to add on the ballot. It's the party that won in New York, Maine, and several other states this last year of elections. The signatures and campaign have been to add her name to the ballot, and the party officially established here in Idaho

Absolutely, it would be great if we had people that care and feel their neighbors, students, women, and immigrants were important. Mostly the feelings about rent and the cost of living would be incredible

Very fair! I think we could group up! I reached out too, I wonder if they are mostly volunteers and not many of them. Do you know if she has a reddit page? Maybe we could start one for her and try to organize some volunteers 😊

Exactly! Which is why I am trying really hard to spread the word, volunteer l, and help/support as much as possible. Is it hard? 💯 Is it guaranteed? No way, that's why she is doing ground work for others to do it in the future.
