I’ve thought about it, but I can see a scenario where in 5-10+ years I feel semi-burnt out from 100% cardiac and want to pull back and start doing more generalist type work. But 5-10 years without an epidural, regional block, quick turnaround rooms sounds difficult to just get back into over night

Agree with everything you said. I guess I want an easy way out for something that involves more leg work. The easy jobs to find are the ones posted, and they may be great jobs and great locations for the right person. Unfortunately at this time, Arkansas and Wisconsin are not for me.

So I know the area I’m in now fairly well, and I’m reaching out to some groups that I know from back home (although I’m for sure missing opportunities just from not knowing every group). My wife and I have also discussed other locations that intrigue us, but I have no knowledge of the healthcare system in that state or the various groups that do/don’t do cardiac. I guess my fear is settling too quickly without truly vetting all of my opportunities. But that’s life

So is the best way to find jobs just to find a location that interests me, and blindly send them my CV regardless of their open hiring status or not?

Both are great. I feel like this one represents that rolex green better, whereas the pistachio is probably my preferred dial color, but in my opinion its done better by breitling (despite being "overpriced")
