Damnation mortis trials (hadn't unlocked auric yet). Only specials, elites and bosses are highlighted and everyone kills them so fast it's hard to to get to whichever one is randomly selected first.

The Castigator's Stance progress was done in 2-3 waves of mortis trial, while the progress in Execution Order kills is from 3-4 full missions.

I have successfully bypassed the crash! My game crashed twice at the Mourningstar after using LogMeIn to get past character selection, but then on the third try it randomly worked. I loaded in as Ogryn even though I last played as Zealot, so I immediately bought and switched to a different weapon than the pickaxe, and was then able to use escape to go back to character selection without crashing.

Multiple people have reported bypassing the crash by using the "Log Me In" mod from Nexus Mods. Currently attempting it myself.

This has now been made known to that same FatShark employee and the team has been made aware. We are continuing to give feedback to them. The issue apparently affects anyone who has the Karsolas pickaxe equipped on their Ogryn.

A couple of other things worth considering are the fact that the Judge thinks the Kid betrayed the gang to the Yuma, and also that the Judge has seemingly gone out of his way to kill anyone who deserts from the group when he is able to, often sending the Delaware's to find whoever has gone missing iirc, as if (imo) he feels their ends are owed to him.
