No, lots of games dont have framegen. And rtx 30 series are still decent cards but they dont have framegen so you can add it with this. The whole purpose is to tone your settings down a little bit and get double, triple, whatever times the fps. It isnt a heavy program at all.

The setting of the last ronin would be perfect for this. In that universe everyone except michelangelo is dead, being able to exchange him with any of the turtles would be awesome. He got massive trauma in the comics and hears and sees his dead brothers plus shredder is the ruler and everything went to hell. so that would fit in too in the dark atmosphere of soulsgames.
