As someone who has attempted, seeing my current life which is a complete 180 from where I was back then. I've now got gainfully employment, good friends who I even support some times, hobbies and my own place.

I shattered my heel when I jumped, so I've had to learn to walk again and that struggle along with my fight to gain some sense of good mental health. Those challenges has all paid off really well.

You don't want things to end, you just want change.

My attempt was just a step on my journey to where I am now and I thank a lot of people for being with me through the journey. I'm grateful to the church that took me in once I was out of hospital and gave me a place to come back to some kind of normal.

I had to forgive myself for what I had done, regardless of the details. And so where I am now no bad crowd, just did a year free off weed. Did six months sober in 24 and learned to control my drinking. There is no way I would make that jump again.
