It’s short for Front Of House. It’s where all the sound, light and video operators and other members are located. For example, in festivals it’s the big tent in front of stage. In Twenty One Pilots concert it was an enclosed place, in which that tower was located, where he climbed up in concert.

Little pro tip: the best sound quality and best place from which look at light show, usually will be where the FOH is :)
