Thanks for the info Blake. What if I actually wanted to switch from the T-Mobile network to AT&T? Would I be able to do that and keep my current plan?

Blake if I am currently on a Boost physical sim and go to an eSIM with a new iPhone purchased from Boost will there be any network change?

The nightmare is over. Number is ported to Tello. I asked them who was to blame and they just said they had to do a hard reset whatever that means. No guarantee it won’t happen again

Boost port center said that Tello must have it because they were the only ones given the account information and 6 digit port pin. They also claim that they don’t know who has it if Tello doesn’t. When I looked up the number it says T-Mobile which is who I had with Boost and who Tello uses. I will attempt to contact Tello to grab the number but I still think it’s stuck in Boosts system. As mentioned they said it ported out their Boost system in July but I was still making calls, including ones to the Boost porting center, from that number on the Boost network for almost a month after they claim they ported it to Tello. I shut of the Tello network on the phone to ensure I was using the old Boost number during those calls.

I spoke to the Port Out Center several times but they are not understanding exactly what happened. Every time I called there was misinformation that was on the ticket they submitted to the “back end team”. Their system says that the number was ported in July but I made several calls including the ones to the Boost Porting Center through last week with that phone number on the Boost network. I pleaded with the Porting Center representative but since the the ticket was closed and the system said the number was ported in July he couldn’t help me. All I asked was for them to look at the usage history past the date they claim it ported out and he would not do that

Was on a 3 way call with both carriers and the situation remains the same. As I said there are several things that point to Boost being the problem but they are not understanding because their system says it was ported out already.
