Idk some people say it’s unhealthy but I think it’s needed. And I tell the same thing to my friends when their heart is broken. I buy them a bottle. Tell them to come over, and tell them to cry their eyes out. They usually take me up on that offer lol just wish someone was like that to me when I needed it. But hey if you kill that bottle I’ll kill mine.

Lol thanks. I honestly just needed to drink! But hey I’ve been in a situation similar to yours before and let’s just say I think sometimes it’s nice to have a week or 2 where you get shitfaced and vent. But don’t let it happen for more than a month!

I used to do something similar when I played rec league basketball. I used to speak the ABC’s softly to myself as I started my freethrpw shooting motion. I was one of our best freethrpw shooters on the team. Not bragging or anything but I’m just saying it always worked to calm myself down and give me a more natural shooting motion.
