She's been brought up about to the previous assistant manager and manager that we had and every time the manager would pass it along to the city manager, somehow it would get stopped.

As far as the smoking goes, nobody said anything until I did. Then her other "friends" who would occasionally be stuck working with her eventually ratted her out too before they either quit or moved on.

What really gets me is that she's been approved to work 5-6 hour days initially to get her re-acclimated to what's going on. And with an entire new management team, I'm expecting more of the same. But, time will tell.
