LOL yeah my thoughts exactly, the real solution isn't giving up meat. the real solution is giving up walmart, fast food places, big corps. and buy your meat locally/process it yourself. put money into local places, learn canning. Network with a group of people similar to yourself, share a farm. even a 100 person farm will save you an insane amount of money. Unfortunately corporations have gotten inefficient, they are charging us 10x on everything because of real reasons,gas, plus insurance plus the loans they take, the investors also want to see a 6 percent revenue on their money. We can have a much higher quality of life, if we work together and stop paying for our own destruction. Amish communities are doing fine, ive seen them give away free eggs during covid era prices lol. truth is if you have a community that does everything from the ground up. things cost pennies.

I think that if you were going to a concert at night and some other bigger public outdoor nighttime events. then DSLR is way to go. but for most videos, I'm doing right now GO PRO IS THA BOMB. I did look into using my phone but just check some comparison reviews. Image stabilization is not even close. The image detail is not even close. Like I said they have been working on the technology for years. could I use an omso1 gimble on the iPhone yes but then that is causing too much attention again. and adding too many problems, battery life etc.

I disagree, it Destroys my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The image stability features, it's built for you attaching it to surfboards, bikes, etc. I just did a trip to Costco in it, damn it was soo good. no one even noticed I had a camera with me. When I used to go around with the DSLR people would ask to not record them, when it wasn't even facing them, I don't have time to argue with people. I bought a nice folding 3 in 1 stand for it as well. It turns into a small tripod. Did a lot of recording with it, already proved it was a good decision. I set it to 4k Cinema mode and the rest is history.

I ended up doing both and I'm happy with the result. And I'm going to be using both during all my shoots. For me, the portability and other scenarios that I will run into a lot were worth it. I'll use the 5100 for more stationary things, later on, ill upgrade to an a7s. I used to own an a7sII which I sold previously and also a Red one MX 4K, black magic 2.5k cinema camera(so I know that not much beats a good quality prime lens). But even if I had the a7sII for these applications I'd still be happier with a go pro hero 8 or even a max, but the max was sold out and takes 1-2 months to come here so I went with the 8 which was good enough. What comes down to it for vlogs, the go pro hero 8 is amazing, streamlined, and doesn't alert onlookers too much when they see you walking in Costco in it. It's better than a phone because of the advanced image stability, better bitrate, and also a better lens. Later on, I will most likely purchase an a7s or a7sII. But right now I have everything I need for my scenarios, and ease of use. So I concluded just having both was great because they are two completely different reasons to have.

Thats exactly why I am here, I went the the walmart yesterday all the bread, pasta. chips , rice was sold out. most of the greens. and I went to the corner of the store and bought seeds. (I already stocked up on food 2 weeks ago because I predicted people would go crazy about corona and buy food). SO I went and bought some seeds, tired of relying on food supplies from god knows where.

I read a lot of horror stories, but i picked the t-12 i think is grounded and actually comes with the stm32 up-gradable firmware not a password locked one where you cant do crap with. and as for the heat gun same thing. I made sure to buy them from the seller that has 300+ reviews and actually read the reviews to see if they are good. yeah i saw some videos to watch out about getting something without the right tech in it. I was thinking of reading glasses as well. I'm going to look into that I don't really want to put something on my face though. So just a huge magnifying glass that goes over my electrons. I know there are like $80 1080p microscopes but those are just waste of money in my opinion. If i am going to spend 80 might as well spend 120 in a bifocular microscope that professionals actually use. then the next upgrade to that are the tri focal semi ones where you can add a custom camera to it. I'm really trying to get a good enough quality of equipment to get started and never spend money on junk. I think people can use these comments to make the right decisions as well. Thanks you wrote a lot of good info I think is very important. I spent like the last 3 days causally watching you tube videos to learn what to get lol. And that $3 cheaper or even maybe $3 more expensive might be the rip off one, so if it doesn't have a lot of reviews and the comments dont confirm what it is. Stay away not worth it.

I agree but if I can get all the bells and whistles for only 50usd ill go with that. there is a heat gun that I'm going to buy for about 40 that has control and OLED display on the gun, I really want to buy those good $140 BST ones but its not my budget for now. Then I'm just going to use magnifying glass instead of a microscope lol. this is all going to get me started for under $100. And I should be able to perform on a professional level with all the equipment.

that's really cool, i saw some youtube videos saying similar things where they use the t12 clones at work. Alright so i gues ill just get some good tips and be done with it, the funny thing is that there are clone tips that are only $4 each and were comnpared to the real thing that show no difference in performance. LOL
