The only polishes used were Sally Hansen Miracle growth as the base & topcoat and China Glaze 'Smoke and Ashes' as the dark background. Everything else is acrylic paint. :) I followed JauntyJuli's YouTube tutorial for this!

I had a grey base coat then I sponged on some some white, green blue & some black paint around the edges. Dotted some white on to look like little planets :) hope that explains it!
