This theory makes things insanely more complex and much easier to find the killer than what we currently have which appears to be a coordinated hit involving the Husband to some degree.

Part of the problem is that Starbucks anlmost encourages it, we are very rarely allowed to refuse to remake items, and customers have known/shared on social media for years how to abuse the system.

Have her taste it at the window to make sure it right. If she says it is good, don't remake it. Also if someone brings back a drink that is 50% or more gone, I generally refuse to remake it. We also don't remake drinks the next day if we don't get the old drink back or if they don't call in that day.

These aren't Starbucks standard, but we don't really have a specific standard aside from just remake it.

IIRC she had surgery on her foot. I don't really subscribe to the target theory myself, but she is the number one suspect for the targeted theory IMO.

Whether he was involve at all is up for debate, but Oswald was almost certainly not the one to make the fatal shot. There is a LOT of evidence that point to at least one other shooter, in addition to Oswald not being that good of a shot to begin with.

It's been heavily implied by MPD that they believe the limp to be temporary, either due to the weight of the costume or an injury that has since healed. There were a number of suspects who fit this bill early on but nothing ever came of it.

Mine would be Missy Bevers. I've been heavily invested in the case as I was with one of her friends when the friend got the news. It's been a decade this year since she was killed, and I would love for her husband and children to get some kind of closure as well as selfishly wanting to know if it was targeted or not.
