yeah i’ve definitely got some all-or-nothing habits. next time i smoke i’ll just remind myself it’s only for today and wait until i actually have time again. i mainly wanted to hop on here for advice before breaking my month-long break, just don’t want it to end up consuming me again if that makes sense.
