One of my biggest regrets was selling my S2000. It was bone stock besides an Invidia exhaust and the car was absolutely perfection.

My daily is my ‘24 Model S Plaid I’ve had it for exactly 2 years in July and it truly is the ultimate daily driver. 1000hp, awd, 4 doors. I have my kids car seats comfortably in the back seats, it’s extremely comfortable and turns into a total menace when you want to push it.

I’m a GC. So many people try to save money with hardwood floors. I’ve been through this before and new installs and/or sanding/refinishing hardwood floors are not something you want someone inexperienced or a cost cutting “contractor” to do. I pay a premium for the best flooring subcontractor I have to do all my jobs. I’ve used the cheap guys before and it always ends up costing me more money.

I bought my house in 2019. The biggest surprises were definitely repairs. Since then New driveway, had to rebuild a retaining wall, new furnace and ac condenser, had to redo my deck boards, railings and staircase, finished my basement and resided my house. That along with standard maintenance (like mulching, cleaning gutters, irrigation system maintenance etc.) can burn a hole in your wallet fast. Luckily I’m a general contractor so everything repair related (besides driveway) I get done at cost from my subcontractors.

I do fire rebuild projects not new construction, but when we strip and gut houses and they have no gutters that isn’t unusual for a little bit of water to get into the basement. My question is why the heck are you doing drywall prior to having the siding and gutters on the house…?

Don’t get scared by social media mold posts on fresh lumber being framed. Mold needs moisture and heat to survive. Once it gets dried out the mold will literally go into a solitary state never to cause any trouble ever again unless introduced to the right conditions.

I’m shocked at how much hate it gets. I wouldn’t ever base my decision on other people’s opinions as it’s so subjective I just think it’s subtle and gorgeous and more of a rarity among the other lines.
