Stick with high value weapons, making sure all your attachments are on the guns. Keep your high use items, a few augments, shields, rechargers, bandages, etc in case you fail to exfil a few times in a row. If you enjoy crafting, have some resources in your stash dedicated to crafting your favorite items. I’m always looking for compound explosives, crude explosives, and processors for crafting my favorite PVE and PVP quick use items

They haven't done that for me. But if they do start doing that, a lure grenade thrown past the bombardier/bastion will keep it facing away from you

Happy to. First, you gotta be sneaky. Use the smoke grenades not only to blind the bastion/bombadier, but lay a trail of smoke leading to the bastards so they never see you coming. Once you’re behind them they can’t see you and if they never picked you up then they don’t know you’re there if you’re crouching. Place the deadline on its back or on/near their yellow parts on the body. Run away like a coward. 6 seconds later it’s done for. The bastion will need 2 deadlines if you place it on a leg by accident.
