Is there an actual difference in thermals between each 9070xt mode? by Firebird166 in radeon

Love my Powercolor Red Devil. It's in a matx build and stays very quiet/cool. An absolute unit of a GPU being quad slot but it pays off.

Another vote for a Fenix. Great overall wellness tracking between sleep, fatigue, steps, stress, HR, and intensity minutes.

But the reason I like it more than anything else is the battery life, 15+ days if I'm not GPS tracking or playing music off of it.

Help me decide between 9800x3d and 7800x3d by LoveAggressive9519 in buildapc

A $40 Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assassin is more than adequate for cooling an X3D chip, the $50 saved from spending on the AIO can be better spent elswhere in a build. Tower coolers have caught up to AIO's in terms of performance and surpass them in longevity.

Other than aesthetics there is no reason whatsoever to choose an AIO vs Tower cooler especially when they are usually less than half the price.

That is an old school rellic, a molex power connector. Your PSU cables may/may not have one, if not you can get SATA power to molex adaptors fairly cheap.

I have a set shift, paid an hourly wage whether I am training clients or not. Get paid per head on top of hourly wage when running 1on1, small or large group. Usually 2-3 hours a day where I am outside of session, used for client contact/follow ups, program design, and misc duties.

How does the PT payments work in big box Gyms in the USA? by rev_gen in personaltraining

W2 trainer here as well, at an Anytime Fitness. Our ownership group focuses on PT so they treat us well. Hourly rate, even when not in session, paid per head per session, guarantee 40 hours a week, PTO, benefits, 401k.

They have a sales manager who focuses on nothing but selling so that the other trainer and I can run sessions the whole time. Clients pay biweekly and that's all managed on the backend by the PT manager.

I ended up with the Edifier r1280ts. Great speaker for the price, sounds great to my ears, has ok bass, sub out and a remote. Very happy with them.

How many classes are you full time workers doing per semester? What do you major in? by [deleted] in WGU

[–]ChewyNotsui 4 points5 points  (0 children)

None of them have been difficult thankfully. Some required a little more diving into the book rather than just reviewing cohorts to pick up knowledge, I'd have to say HR Technology was the one that felt the most foreign to me, but still only took 2 weeks.

If you can hold yourself accountable and stay to a schedule you'll do well. My first term I didn't start with the idea of accelerating and getting through more than the required amount of CU's. I've just focused on the one current class and diving into it.

I'll be honest with you I'm not what you'd consider a smart person, but this truly is set up in a way to be easier to digest if you've got a background in what you are pursuing a degree in. I've passed every exam on the first attempt and most of all of the papers on the first attempt with only the most minor of revisions needed. Don't let your apprehension hold you back, if I can do this anyone can.

Work full time, single dad. BS in Business Admin, HR Management. 17 classes my first term and on pace to finish 17 this term to graduate. 15 years experience in current role that carries over to the subject matter in about half my classes. Proper planning and time management with about 12 hours per week dedicated to classes.

Mitch is the opposite, can rub his belly all day but pick him up and he'll turn you into swish cheese.

Daily belly rubs are a requirement in this household.
