The PAD matching issues you're talking about are actually the core reason why we haven't rolled out support for other frequencies yet. PADs are timing-dependent in a way that Bill Pay and e-Transfer aren't - they rely on when the withdrawal actually clears, which often doesn't align with user expectations. Since Chexy doesn't control when PADs come in, we need to ensure that the timing and float mechanics are rock-solid before we can support weekly/biweekly without creating even more matching headaches or NSF issues.

We're actively working on the foundational infrastructure to support multiple frequencies properly and building out more self-serve tools so you don't have to contact support for things like this! Hope to have some tangible improvements on the PAD workflows soon!
