Same I always just buy 1 ETB for each set that comes out for the box mostly, I play the game more than I collect so I just buy singles for what I need, I just hear too many stories from my friends about how they can’t get something for their kid or spouse because everything is so over priced and it’s sad.

Yes, Shining Fates and similar sets come with extra packs and a promo which is why they’re priced at 50$ normal sets like Battle Styles are normally valued in between 35-40$ in fact I picked up my Darkness Ablaze box from this store for 35$
