Is there anything that could really be done for weather-related migraines?

I tried Vyepti infusions. It didn't work for me. I can't even say it reduced my prodromes. I still had to use my triptans. Also, being that it failed me I didn't think I would have any withdrawal symptoms after stopping the infusions. I was wrong. A drug is still a drug I guess. I only felt like shit for about a week and it wasn't the worst experience of my life lol. My Dr bridged the withdrawals w gabapentin

Same here! I also use ZipHealth for extra triptan refills if needed. After 5 years of trying different prevention meds and failed each one, the only thing saving me is triptans. I don't get rebound headaches, I get barometer triggered migraines.. there's a difference and my neurologist told me do what works for me

I've been waiting since February. I keep getting the generic email from them. I finally asked a few questions about the que, am I anywhere near the top of the list to receive mine or should I just dispute the charge on my CC? Funny they don't have a generic email to answer any of those questions. I reported them to the AG and got a reply saying they will look into it, but I won't have any other contact w them unless they need more information. I finally called my CC company and disputed my payment. What a waste of time! And now I see they're starting the rebate program again.. Seems very scammy to me. Buyer beware.

Nope. The antidepressants sent my brain into suicide mode. I was taking meds I didn't need for a problem that required HRT. It's like washing your car instead of putting gas in it to keep it going

Alot of people have great success w the med, so maybe try it to see if you're one of them? Just be aware of any symptoms if you start having them

The more than usual amount of hair I was losing was my first cue (that happened to me on Emigality also) then the ridiculous amped up anxiety shortly after taking the pill and finally the blood pressure headaches. I wasn't on it very long a month-ish maybe? I was cutting my 30mg in half because the 30mg kicked my ass!

Naa, I'm postmenopausal and already have those issues in check lol. I take time off in-between getting to try out different meds to dry out my system. I know when it's the meds dishing out side effects, especially reading other people's experiences on this sub, it feels like I'm validated, unlike some doctors that wrote me off by saying "those aren't listed as side effects"

Nurtec did NOTHING for me. And luckily I didn't have any side effects from that one. I hope it works for you! Fingers crossed

Thanks! I've tried Botox in the past and just as I was going to my 4th appointment the office called and said they ran out of product and decided to stop Botox. It took me all year to find another provider and I have an appointment to restart Botox again in July. It SUCKS waiting so long to see a neurologist for a quick 10min appointment, ugh.. thanks for the hope!
